A key service we offer to all our clients is assistance in helping your business grow to the next level. Through a detailed investigation process we work through with you what the key issues and factors for achieving success are for your business and how these can best managed.

We deliver this in two distinct ways;

Option 1 - is the preparation of a comprehensive Business Planning document that provides a framework for the business to grow in. We will meet with you on a monthly basis to review your performance, advise you on issues as they present themselves and help you get back on track if necessary.

Option 2 - allows us to offer you the use of one of our experienced staff in the role of a part-time Finance Director for an agreed period of time or alternatively as a non-executive director to provide guidance on financial matters at your Board or shareholders meetings.
