We will, on your behalf, form and register a limited company and perform all the necessary secretarial work so it is immediately ready for use.

Finance - We have close working relationships with a number of banks and will prepare with you a compelling business plan, including cash flow forecasts and projected financial statements so we can approach a bank with confidence of securing your funding. We also are active members Doncaster Chamber of Commerce and routinely work with South Yorkshire Business Link so we can introduce you to the key providers of grant funding and loan funding.

Regulatory requirements - We can advise you on all aspects of PAYE, National Insurance and VAT, including ensuring that you are correctly registered with these agencies and taking advantage of any special schemes that are available.
